Netscape in a new incarnation, to focus on news, views

Netscape is taking a rebirth as a news cum blog site. The site's owner, Time Warner Inc.'s AOL, is relaunching it as a portal meant for community-driven news and articles and videos submitted by users, which will be posted under the supervision of editors, who are called anchors.
